What we process.
Stated plainly.

This site sets none. No cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We run self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (Umami) on our own infrastructure to count visits and interactions in aggregate. No cross-site tracking. Anonymous session identifiers are derived from IP address, browser user agent and site id to de-duplicate visits; raw identifiers are not stored. Aggregate statistics are retained for 13 months, then deleted.

If you write to us - or send a brief - we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation and any resulting work require. We share it with no one.

If you subscribe, we use Resend, our email delivery provider, to store your address and deliver the notes. Resend processes this data in the United States under its data-processing terms. One purpose only: sending the notes. Nothing is stored until you confirm the emailed link, every note carries an unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes the address.
